It's Not a Job It's an Adventure

Here I am getting ready to start my trip to bring long lasting lipstick to the lost tribe of Damit Indians.  I decided to take on this dangerous  job because I was getting bored with looking for business on Twitter.

As usual I was listening for any sign of anyone who might be interested in buying cosmetics.  If this is something that might interest you would love to hear from you, but on with the adventure.

After several hours of walking through the dark passages of this volcanic cave deep in the middle of Albuquerque I ran across my first sign of life.  Unfortunately, it was a bit past it's prime.  I didn't think lip stain would do it much good even with gloss.

After hiding behind some rocks and waiting for it to leave I continue on my quest.  After all bringing beauty to the world is a noble occupation,

I soon found myself in a lush jungle.  It was really rather hot and sunny so I rubbed on some  Senesun Sunscreen.  Now I heard the first signs of human life.  There was much laughter and shouting.  I was sure I would soon find some customers.

Catalogs in hand I continued my quest.

I must have taken a wrong turn somewhere as before long I found myself in a maze of baking rock.  But I wasn't going to get discouraged.  I had to keep going.  My mission to bring semi-permanent Lipstick to the lost tribe of damit Indians was to important.

Trudging on I hoped that my bones wouldn't join those I'd seen earlier.  But then luck struck and I met Tony who volunteered to guide me to the rest of the tribe.  So with new hope I shouldered my sample case of LipSense and pressed on.

There were still many dangers to face in this quest.  Around one turn my brave guide was attacked by a giant ant.  After a hard fight he was able to escape.

Surprisingly, I found that the ants were intelligent.  This was a great help as there were way to many to fight off.  However, I was able to distract them with a free class in makeup application.

I found ants aren't very good at putting on lipstick.  They do like Party Pink, however.  But I suspect they want to eat it and not ware it.
The most dangerous part of the trip followed.  We had to sneak past this giant spider.  Tip Toeing past, I worried that the LipSense tubs in my sample case would clink together and alert it to our passage.  Fortunately, they all stayed in place.

Once, we got past I tossed a catalog up to it.  You never know.  Hopefully, it'll stop in at the website.  I wonder what color it likes.  I think I'd recommend Marquise Moca.

Once past the spider I came upon a large nest.  I observed that several of the eggs seemed about to hatch.  Fascinated,  I moved to a shady spot and watched.
Before to long one of the eggs cracked and twins began to crawl out.  I thought this  was an encouraging sign as everyone knows good sales people aren't born they're hatched.

But since they were still to young to sign up I continued on my journey.  Things seemed much brighter now and I was sure that I would have a successful sales trip

I was right.  Coming around the next bend I found myself at the village I'd been hunting for.  It was a great adventure.

Needless to say selling cosmetics is a lot less exciting then this story makes out, but it does have it' moments.  If you are interested in finding out more about how you can have your own adventures in selling I'd love to talk to you.  Call me at 702-813-8668.
